Cancellation Policy

Michalis Massage and Soundhealing hold a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Clients who no-show or late cancel (within 48 hours of their appointment) will be charged in full.
Late cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit.

Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment,
so as to not penalize the clients booking after you.
Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

In case you haven't prepaid, but canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, you'll be sent an invoice.

-If there’s simply no way of avoiding a short-notice cancellation,
remember that you can send a friend or family member,
or anyone you want to gift your massage to, they’ll love you for it!

Gift Card FAQ

“Can I get a refund for purchasing a gift card?”
-Nope, all gift card purchases are non-refundable.

“Can I share my gift card with someone else to use?”

-Of course! If you’re unable to use your gift card, I'll be happy to honor it for another recipient of your choice.

Payment Methods

You can pay online during the online booking.
The booking system accepts Ideal Payments from Dutch banks and major credit cards..

For card payments of both debit and credit cards on the spot, there is a 2,5% surcharge.
If you have a Dutch bank account I can send you a payment request by What'sApp or you can scan a QR code.

In case you’ve been gifted a gift card please contact me to book you in.
(as there are no gift card codes in the booking system) and bring it with you.


As a professional therapist, I'm dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for my clients.

My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

New Clients

First visit?

Please arrive a few minutes early to start the relaxation process.

You can get comfortable, fill out a health intake form, and discuss with me what you’d like to focus on.

Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my business, Michalis Massage and Soundhealingdoes not offer refunds for massage services or gift cards.

Gift cards and store credit are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Packages are nonrefundable.


Discounted packages are available for Loyal Clients.

Packages may be shared with friends and family.

Packages can not be combined with gift cards or other offers or discounts.

I reward every client who refers a new client € 5,- with off their next session.
The more a client refers, the more he/she earns!
As an introduction gift, the new client gets € 5,- off their first session.

For outcalls always get in touch with me prior to booking, as we have to see whether it will fit my schedule.
There is a surcharge for outcalls.



Please note that Mon-Friday after 5 PM and on Saturdays between 10 AM and 5 PM
a 25% surcharge applies.

On Saturdays between 5 PM - 10 PM. a 50% surcharge applies.

Monday-Saturday after 10 PM and Sundays and on Public holidays, a 100% surcharge applies.

Lotions and creams

Lotions and perfumes are not recommended prior to massage therapy as they can interfere with oils used for the massage treatment.

All products used are natural and where possible organic.

If you have an allergy to any lotion, cream, oil, etc., or if you require a special product, please let me know before your session.
You are welcome to bring with you a preferred lotion, cream, or oil.

Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries

I am happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, or work longer on an area or move on if you request it.

The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods or stop massage at any time.

The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.

Confidentiality and Conversation

I treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, I will not discuss your visit with anybody.

You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. The conversation will be guided by the client.

Existing and New Medical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the client to keep me informed of any medical treatment currently being taken and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.

The client must also keep me informed of any changes in health conditions.

Informed Consent

Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you.

Scope of Practice

I do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions.

I may refer you to a medical doctor for a diagnosis.

My services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions.

It takes both the therapist and client working together to create a positive effect on the outcome the client wishes to achieve.
