I take a holistic approach, combining a wide range of massage techniques and bodywork modalities tailored to your unique needs. At my peaceful studio in Ede, situated on the doorstep of the Veluwe, I offer a variety of treatments, including table, mat, and chair massages. I also provide chair massages at events and offices. Additionally, I host workshops where you can learn massage techniques, and cacao ceremonies combined with yin yoga and sound healing for deeper relaxation and connection.

A Signature Session combines my most powerful techniques, custom-tailored to your unique needs. You’ll receive at least two hours of a bespoke blend of massage techniques, followed by one hour of sound healing to realign your body, mind, and spirit. Choose between:
Oil-based treatments on the table: Best for Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Swedish, and Sports Massage (undressed, with nourishing oils)
Fully-clothed treatments on the mat: Best for Dynamic Thai Yoga, Shiatsu, and Wuo Tai, focusing on stretching, grounding, and deep relaxation.
Sound Healing: A Journey of Vibration 
Experience the profound healing power of sound healing, where I use traditional singing bowls and other instruments to create a soundscape that helps you reach deep relaxation.

Table massage
Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Sports and Swedish Massage.
These massages are with oil and it’s all about effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, kneading and vibration. But I might throw some stretches in the blend as well.
It's a good option if you have chronic muscle problems such as soreness, injury or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain and anxiety.
On the Mat
Dynamic Thai Yoga massage, Shiatsu and Wùo Taï. A fully dressed massage where I will move you into a series of yoga-like stretches, twists and body rocking.
The combination of deep muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure will help release tension, increase range of motion, awake your life energy and leave you grounded and revitalized.
Chair massage
A short massage where you’re seated in a special massage chair, I use a blend of techniques: assisted stretching, pressure points and some deeper kneading.
Fully dressed so, these sessions are perfect for public settings, at organizations, events and fairs.

Sound Healing
A memorable and deeply relaxing experience where I'll play a variety of instruments - such as the mystical Himalayan singing bowls and gong drums near or placed upon your body.
The resulting variety of vibrations and sounds will touch you on a spiritual and physical level, build up tension and neglected emotions can come up and get released.
Ceremonies
A journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
Often I team up with yogateachers and together we create a safe space of deep relaxation and connection.
You'll be guided through gentle and restorative yin yoga poses while being bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, and savoring the exquisite taste of ceremonial cacao.
