Half Greek, half Dutch, and 100% in love with the world.
A colorful cocktail, a chameleon, adjusting to my ever changing surroundings.
Massage Therapist, Sound Healer, International Alpine Tour Leader and an Independent Photographer
Whether it’s high up in the Himalayas on a hiking-trail, or on a massage table or chair, I'll make sure that you are connected, safe, and have an enchanting experience that will make an impact.
A Holistic Approach to Massage Therapy
As a renowned massage therapist with a decade of experience in the field of bodywork, my mission is to use my passion, knowledge and skills to provide you with the best massage of your life. Every. Single. Time.
I take a holistic approach, which means I tailor your treatment to your specific needs to bring your physical, mental and spirtiual wellbeing back into balance.
Each session becomes a sacred container for your unique journey. The healing power of touch is amplified as I weave in modalities such as bodywork, meditation, ceremonial elements and subtle energetic awareness.
Wide Range of Techniques and Modalities
I am skilled in a variety of massage techniques, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Lomilomi, and Sports Massage on the table; as well as dynamic Thai Yoga Massage, Wuo Tai, and Shiatsu on the mat. Additionally, I provide Reiki and sound healing treatments.
Typically, I create my own fusion of these styles to create a treatment as unique as you.
I don’t just use my hands. If it helps, I’ll bring in the tools: massage guns, infrared heat, hot stones, cupping, or whatever’s needed. You show up as you are — I’ll take care of the rest.
Tranquil Studio at the edge of the Veluwe
My studio is located in a beautiful loft in a tranquil neighborhood. It’s just a five-minute walk from the Ede-Wageningen train station and there is free parking in front of my studio.
And best of all, it’s located on the doorstep of the Veluwe, with the forest starting at the end of my street. So before or after your massage you can have a reconnecting walk in nature.
Summertime, treatments in the forest!
There’s something special about receiving bodywork outdoors — no walls, just trees, fresh air, and the grounding rhythm of nature.
In the warmer months, I offer clothed massage sessions on the mat in the forest near my studio.
If the weather allows, we’ll be outside under the trees, surrounded by birdsong and open sky. And if it rains, we move into my cozy bell tent, warmed by a small fire.
Corporate Massages and Event Services
I am also available for corporate massages on the massage chair or mat and can facilitate massages and workshops at (international) yoga retreats, events, parties, and festivals.
Quality and Ethical Products
I use only the highest quality and ethical products which are natural, pure, vegan and cruelty-free.
Exceptional Client Satisfaction and Recognition
If you're searching for the best massage salon in Gelderland or on the Veluwe, you’re in the right place.
I’m proud to welcome clients not only from Ede, but also nearby towns like Wageningen, Veenendaal, Lunteren, Barneveld, Otterlo, and Bennekom, and also from cities like Arnhem, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Rotterdam — and even from abroad.
Over the years, I’ve received hundreds of 5-star reviews on Google, Treatwell, and Facebook, and have been honored with multiple Treatwell Top Rated awards. These kind words and recognitions are a reflection of the care, presence, and dedication I bring to every session.
I’m truly grateful for the trust my clients place in me — and your well-being will always be at the heart of the work I do.
Experience
sensations
Many words can be used to describe the sensations, but best is to experience it. If desired, I can guide you in yin yoga postures while playing the instruments upon your body (similar like what we do in our Yin Yoga Soundhealing events) session includes a light shoulder, head and neck massage and some Reiki.
It's possible to combine a soundhealing with a massage; check out the signature sessions.

Sharing Knowledge through Workshops and Mentoring
For over a decade, I've exchanged knowledge and experience with countless other bodyworkers and I’ve massaged thousands of people.
I've been hosting massage exchange gatherings for local and international bodyworkers, loving the inspiration I gain from others.
I'm deeply passionate about passing on my knowledge and skills and share it with others through workshops and mentoring.
I believe that the impact of bodywork can be significantly amplified when more people are equipped with the right tools and techniques to share its benefits with the world.

How I’ve gotten into this adventure.
My insatiable curiosity has led me to many places acros the globe and ultimately brought me where I am now. Aside from being a massage therapist, I am also an International Alpine Tour Leader, a independent photographer, and have a particular interest in sound healing.
Traveling solo from a young age, in my early twenties I cycled from my mothers house in the Netherlands to my fathers house in Crete and I realized that the world is my playground.
After having studied Documentary and Press Photography at the school of Arts in Utrecht and the Royal Art Academy in the Hague the mountains were calling and I had to go.
The World Is My Playground
I’ve turned my passion into my profession and since 2007 I’m working as an International Alpine Tourleader. I have guided countless individuals and more than 120 small groups on treks, hikes, cycling expeditions, and high altitude Alpine crossings, through a great variety of countries and terrains.
For over a decade I was almost continuously traveling and would spend an average year in a dozen countries.

Events and parties
From there onwards, I have collaborated internationally with many yoga studios, events, parties, and festivals. I've hosted massage and healing areas at parties and festivals, co-organized yoga retreats, co owned a pop-up yoga studio and love to collaborate with others.
For five years my life was filled with either the calmness and solitude of the mountains, or the chaos of parties and festivals. Both completed my life in a different way. I love guiding people on journeys, whether it’s high up in the Himalayas or on a massage table, I’d make sure my clients are safe, at ease and taken care of, but also reach their goals and will have a memorable experience.
Adjusting to Change and Focusing on Local Community
In 2020 the pandemic forced me to change my travel habits and thereby my profession.
I’ve decided to root more in the Netherlands and provide a safe space for the community here in the Netherlands, in 2020-2022 I resided in a old nightclub in Amsterdam, where next to my massages I hosted regular workshops and ceremonies.
In the summer of 2022 I’ve relocated to a beautiful loft in Ede, to provide even a better experience, combining nature with bodywork.
A Transformative Inner Journey for my Clients
Instead traveling and of taking people to faraway mystical exotic places, nowadays the world comes to visit me and I take people on a journey into their own inner-realms. I am grateful to be in service of the community and to positively impact my clients' lives. The relationships I have formed with my clients over the years, motivate me to continue refining my practice and offering the best possible care.
