Half Greek, half Dutch, and 100% in love with the world.

Massage Therapist, Sound Healer, International Alpine Tour Leader and an Independent Photographer

Whether it’s high up in the Himalayas on a hiking-trail, or on a massage table or chair, I'll make sure that you are connected, safe, and have an enchanting experience that will make an impact.

A Holistic Approach to Massage Therapy

As a renowned massage therapist with a decade of experience in the field of bodywork, my mission is to use my passion, knowledge and skills to provide you with the best massage of your life. Every. Single. Time.

I take a holistic approach, which means I tailor your treatment to your specific needs to bring your physical, mental and spirtiual wellbeing back into balance.

Each session becomes a sacred container for your unique journey. The healing power of touch is amplified as I weave in modalities such as bodywork, meditation, ceremonial elements and subtle energetic awareness.

Wide Range of Techniques and Modalities

I am skilled in a variety of massage techniques,  Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Lomilomi, and Sports Massage on the table; as well as dynamic Thai Yoga Massage, Wuo Tai, and Shiatsu on the mat. Additionally, I provide Reiki and sound healing treatments.

Tranquil Studio Location and On-Site Treatments

My studio is located in a beautiful loft in a tranquil neighborhood. It’s just a five-minute walk from the Ede-Wageningen train station and there is free parking in front of my studio. And best of all, it’s located on the doorstep of the Veluwe, with the forest starting at the end of my street. So before or after your massage you can have a reconnecting walk in nature. In summertime I even give treatments on my balcony and in the forest!

Treatments in Amsterdam and on-site are also available, wether it’s in your home, hotel workplace or sports or work event.

Corporate Massages and Event Services

I am also available for corporate massages on the massage chair or mat and can facilitate massages and workshops at (international) yoga retreats, events, parties, and festivals.

Quality and Ethical Products

I use only the highest quality and ethical products which are natural, vegan and cruelty-free.

Exceptional Client Satisfaction and Recognition

One of the things that I’m particularly proud of is that I have 5/5* ratings on 99,9 % of my reviews on all platforms, whether it’s Facebook, Google or Treatwell. This has resulted in recognition as an awarded, TOP RATED Treatwell Partner, in both 2021 and 2022 which is a testament to the quality of care I provide and the satisfaction of my clients.

I've been hosting massage exchange gatherings for local and international bodyworkers, loving the inspiration I gain from others.

I'm deeply passionate about passing on my knowledge and skills and share it with others through workshops and mentoring. I believe that the impact of bodywork can be significantly amplified when more people are equipped with the right tools and techniques to share its benefits with the world.

I am grateful for the chance to be in service of the community and positively impact my clients' , students and their clients  lives.

Together, we will work to identify and address the root causes of your imbalances, allowing you to find a renewed sense of balance, inner happiness, and overall well-being.

I am excited to welcome you to my studio, where I will take you on an unforgettable journey of healing and self-discovery, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to embrace life with a newfound sense of purpose and vitality.

How I’ve gotten into this adventure.

My  insatiable curiosity has led me to many places acros the globe and ultimately brought me where I am now. Aside from being a massage therapist, I am also an International Alpine Tour Leader, a independent photographer, and have a particular interest in sound healing.

Traveling solo from a young age, in my early twenties I cycled from my mothers house in the Netherlands to my fathers house in Crete and I realized that the world is my playground.

After having studied Documentary and Press Photography at the school of Arts in Utrecht and the Royal Art Academy in the Hague the mountains were calling and I had to go.

The World Is My Playground

I’ve turned my passion into my profession and since 2007 I’m working as an International Alpine Tourleader. I have guided countless individuals and more than 120 small groups on treks, hikes, cycling expeditions, and high altitude Alpine crossings, through a great variety of countries and terrains.

For over a decade I was almost continuously traveling and would spend an average year in a dozen countries.

Mystical Himalayas

During one of my many trips, in 2011 I came across the Himalayas. A cycling expedition brought me from Lhasa, Tibet to Kathmandu, Nepal. There, I fell in love with its inhabitants. As the saying goes, “I came for the mountains and I returned for its people”.

Many travels to Nepal followed, which is where in 2012 I learned about sound healing through singing bowls. Despite their considerable weight and being fragile, a singing bowl has always accompanied me on trips ever since.

In 2015 Nepal was struck by a series of massive earthquakes, and I wanted to help. I reached out to yoga studios in the countries I was travelling through and together we hosted Yin Yoga soundhealing classes on donation, to send money to release funds in Nepal.

Events and parties

From there onwards, I have collaborated internationally with many yoga studios, events, parties, and festivals. I've hosted massage and healing areas at parties and festivals, co-organized yoga retreats, co owned a pop-up yoga studio and love to collaborate with others.

For five years my life was filled with either the calmness and solitude of the mountains, or the chaos of parties and festivals. Both completed my life in a different way. I love guiding people on journeys, whether it’s high up in the Himalayas or on a massage table,  I’d make sure my clients are safe, at ease and taken care of, but also reach their goals and will have a memorable experience.

Adjusting to Change and Focusing on Local Community

In 2020 the pandemic forced me to change my travel habits and thereby my profession.

I’ve decided to root more in the Netherlands and provide a safe space for the community here in the Netherlands, in 2020-2022 I resided in a old nightclub in Amsterdam, where next to my massages I hosted regular workshops and ceremonies.

In the summer of 2022 I’ve relocated to a beautiful loft in Ede, to provide even a better experience, combining nature with bodywork.

A Transformative Inner Journey for my Clients

Instead traveling and of taking people to faraway mystical exotic places, nowadays the world comes to visit me and I take people on a journey into their own inner-realms. I am grateful to be in service of the community and to positively impact my clients' lives. The relationships I have formed with my clients over the years, motivate me to continue refining my practice and offering the best possible care.
